BALSAMIQ FREE PROTOTYPE OFFLINE
Here, I use the desktop version which allows me to work offline as well.ġ. I start with Balsamiq ( you can get a free trial). I am building this simple app called TinselTown, which is like Tinder for shoes. It also allows you to collect feedback quickly and share your prototype through a link or an SMS.
It helps a user or your development team envision the whole flow. Invision is great because it lets you import your wireframes from Balsamiq and build quick interactive prototypes with just a few clicks. It allows really quick prototyping, and further allowing you to share it with your dev team quickly. Unless you are also a great designer, this should be a boon.Ģ. It helps you convey the most simplest of things. It makes them in black and white, like paper sketches, so it takes away the mind from thinking about color which as a Product Manager you may not be the expert in. The reason I prefer Balsamiq for wireframes is for two reasons -ġ. You can also use many others such as Sketch, Photoshop or Omnigraffle. The tools covered here are Balsamiq and Invision, which I am presently using to build quick and dirty prototypes. In my humble opinion, wireframes speak louder than long winding specs. This blog will help you create a prototype using two fairly simple and inexpensive tools in less than 5 hours. If you just love having a quick and dirty prototype for the idea that is in your head then think no more.
